About Nick Lalpuis

Nick Lalpuis is a professional sports broadcaster with nearly ten years of experience on the air. While hockey might not be the first thing that comes to mind when you think of Fort Worth, Texas, Nick is chasing his dream of working in the fastest sport on ice. Hockey has taken this Texan to Rockford, Illinois, where he currently works as the Communications Assistant for the Rockford IceHogs, the AHL affiliate of the Chicago Blackhawks. While adjusting to windchills below zero,  Nick has gained invaluable experience on the media relations side of professional hockey.

Over the past few years, Nick has worked as the Director of Broadcast and Media Relations for the Amarillo Wranglers NAHL team and as a freelance broadcaster for multiple companies, such as ESPN, USA Hockey, and FloSports.
